Ordering Info & Payment Methods
Our Bluebird Meadows
Web site has been designed to accept several payment methods within a Shopping Cart
Program.
Shopping Cart Program
Our Web site makes use of a Shopping Cart program
which utilizes a Secure Internet Channel. You should be able to click on the
Shopping Cart button on most of our product pages and be taken to this Shopping Cart
system. Once there, you may notice that your computer indicates that you are
connected through a secure channel (not all computers display this info). The
Shopping Cart should collect the items of interest to you and show unit costs, totals,
etc. The System uses three steps to actually place an order.
1. The first step is to collect your product
order info (items, quantities, etc.). When you're done, you will be prompted to
click a "Add Personal Info" button for the next screen.
2. The second step is filling out personal info
such as your name, shipping address, and payment information. Use the TAB
key on your computer to go from one data blank to the next. The lower section allows
you to indicate your payment method.
A. Payment By Check - You have
two options if you pay by check.
A.1 The first option (and most common) will be to
print out your order on YOUR computer printer and drop it in the mail to us with your
check. Click the Review Composite Order button to bring up the
composite screen (you might get an error screen if you forgot some important information).
The Composite Screen has both your personal info and the product info. If
everything looks OK on the Composite Screen, print it out and send it to us along with
your check. Use your BACK feature on your computer to go back one screen and click
the Empty Shopping Cart button to clear your order from the computer
system.
A.2 The second option is similar to A.1 above, except that you want us to ship right
away before we have your check. That's OK in special circumstances (getting close to
a holiday or birthday). Just follow the steps in A.1 with the following exceptions:
Don't print out the order and instead of using your browser BACK button, click the Submit
Order For Processing button. We will enclose a self-addressed, stamped
envelope with our order and you can send us your check in return mail once your order
arrives.
B. Payment By Credit Card - 
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover
cards. Click the appropriate button and enter your card number in the Card Or
Certificate # blank and your card's expiration date in the Exp. Date blank.
C. Payment By Gift Certificate -
We participate in the GiveAnything.com gift certificate system. If you are using
your gift on the Bluebird Meadows site, click the appropriate button and enter your
certificate number in the Card Or Certificate # blank.
3. The third step is to complete your order.
Click the Review Composite Order button to check all your
information. If you left off some important information, you might get an error
screen, indicating what information is missing. Unless you are paying by check using
method A.1, click the Submit Order For Processing button when
you're done. This will transmit your order to us.
International Orders
We will fill all International orders to the extent
practical and as allowed by custom laws (we cannot ship seeds internationally).
Also, due to currency exchange and other banking considerations, we can only accept
payment by credit card on international orders.
