These kettle gourds make attractive and effective bird feeders.  The opening is cut to favor the smaller birds.  We place a cup of our best bird seed in these for the nuthatches, chickadees, and finches.  The larger birds have a tough time maneuvering the opening (some birds can get VERY determined at times).

We offer three varieties:   the natural (upper right), the brown stained (upper left), and the green stained (lower).  The stained gourds are also stained black on the inside to enhance the feeling of a deep interior.  All our gourd bird feeders have drain holes and get 5 coatings of hand rubbed paste wax.  Copper wire is used as a hanger.  These natural feeders should give you (and your feathered friends) years of all-weather service.
