While the pastor changed clothes, Ted Berhman phoned the TV station. He asked for the person in charge and tried to describe the events of the morning. Ted realized as he spoke, he was having a tough time believing his own words. It was not surprising that the people on the phone didn’t sound as enthusiastic about the news as Ted was feeling inside. The TV station agreed to meet with Ted and the pastor in about an hour.

Lisa Walters was the news director at the TV station. Normally on a Sunday, she would not be at the station, however, the duty manager called her and told her of Ted’s story. Even that may have been dismissed, but the fact that a pastor was involved made this story sound somehow different.

Ted and the pastor arrived in separate cars but had followed each other from the resort. Ted carried the videotape from the car to the front door of the studio with a tight grip - he knew he had recorded something valuable - he would allow nothing to take it from him.

Lisa was waiting inside the lobby of the building. "Hello. I’m Lisa Walters, the news director here."

"Hi. I’m Ted Berhman and this is Reverend Kanger."

"I understand you two have something exciting captured on videotape" queried Lisa.

"Yes, it’s quite remarkable" said the pastor. "I have never experienced anything quite like it."

"Please come with me to one of our editing workrooms and we’ll have a look at the tape" said Lisa as she motioned toward one of the hallways. "If you don’t mind, I’m going to break the tab on your tape to protect it from being recorded over - it’s a good precaution to take. If you want to erase it later, you can place some tape over the tab" commented Lisa to the pair who really weren’t interested in technical information at the moment.
